Consignment Season start dates:

* February 1 - SPRING 
* August 1 - FALL 
* April 1 - SUMMER
* October 1 - WINTER

Our Consignment Terms

1. We charge a yearly consignment fee of $5.00.

2. The store sets all prices for all items - Usually 25 - 33% of
original price or an educated guesstimation.

3. The store reserves the right to reduce ALL items up to 50% of our
original price. We also reserve the right to accept any reasonable
offer on any item. We do use common sense in this area.

4. We pay 50% on Coats, Formals, Leather wear, specialty items, and
Fine Jewelry. 40% on all other items based on your items final
selling price

5. SEASONAL CLOTHING ONLY, casual through after 5 wear, Womens'
Sizes 2 through Plus Sizes.

6. Accessories items (shoes MUST BE NEW or NEAR NEW), and selected
home decor & collectable items. NO GARAGE SALE OR THRIFT STORE
TYPE MERCHANDISE PLEASE!


7. 60 day term on all general clothing. Coats, leather wear, after
5 wear, and accessories on average are kept up to 6 months.

8. ALL CLOTHING MUST BE READY FOR SALE, IN LIKE NEW CONDITION, 
WASHED or DRY CLEANED, PRESSED
,
and ON HANGERS (not returnable), 
NO POLYESTER KNITS PLEASE! IT DOES NOT SELL!


9. Sweaters, knits and jeans can be neatly folded and packed in boxes.

10. DO NOT BRING CLEAN LOOKING BUT WORN CLOTHING!!!!

11. OVERLY WRINKLED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
( Baged items will not be accepted).


12. NO ANIMAL HAIR, STAINS, FADING, PILLING, RIPPS, LOOSE 
SEAMS/HEMS, CIGARETTE OR STORAGE ODORS
(especially Moth Balls).

13. NO CLOTHING STYLES OLDER THAN 4 YEARS OLD!

14. At our first inspection, items NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA,
WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU!
Items later found not meeting the above,
Will be held ONLY 72 HOURS FROM THE TIME WE CALL YOU. After that
they will be donated out.

15. PLEASE CALL BEFORE DROPPING THINGS OFF OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 
FOR A DAY TO DO SO. DROP-OFFS,
Monday through Friday, between 
10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., NO SATURDAYS PLEASE!.

16. ALL EXPIRATION DATES ARE NOTED ON YOUR INVENTORY SHEET. 
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THAT DATE! 
SORRY!  WE DO NOT CALL OR SEND OUT REMINDERS.


17. You MUST call before, on or within 5 days from the end of your expiration date
for any clothing you want back. We will have your items ready topick-up in 2
working days after your call. If no call is received within 5 grace days after your
expiration date, your items WILL become the property of the store to dispose of as
we wish. Pulled items NOT PICKED-UP after 2 working days from arranged pick-up 
pull date will become the stores property to dispose of as we see fit. 
(Sorry, but we can no longer store items that are not being offered for sale.)


18. There will be a 25¢ per item pull charge for every item returned.

19. ITEMS PULLED BEFORE THE END OF THE TERM WILL BE CHARGED $1
PER ITEM OR A MINIMUM OF $10


20. We are not responsible for any item(s) LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED.
ALL ITEMS ARE LEFT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
If an item is valuable, please
have it insured. (Even the best stores have things broken or stolen)!

21. Commission checks are ready for PICK-UP on or after the 15th of
avery month. Sorry, WE DO NOT MAIL CHECKS.  Commission checks are
voided by our accountant after 6 months from issue date and
WILL NOT BE REISSUED.

Printed Copies are available in our store.
